Trip Sac Wholesale Terms & Conditions
Minimum Order Requirements:
- Opening order minimum: 5 bags
- Reorder minimum: 5 bags
Payment Terms:
- 50% deposit required upon order confirmation unless NET Terms requested. (First time orders only)
- Balance due before shipment.
- NET 30, NET 60 and NET 90 Terms available. Ask us how.
- We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and PayPal.
MSRP – Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price:
All Trip Sac products must be sold at or above our established Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (M.S.R.P):
- Regular Collection: $28 to $32
- Signature Collection: $34 to $38
Retailers are not permitted to sell Trip Sac bags below the MSRP range without prior written consent from Trip Sac. This includes promotional pricing, online discounts, and event-based markdowns.
Violations of our MSRP policy may result in the following actions, at Trip Sac’s discretion:
- Temporary suspension of wholesale privileges
- Permanent revocation of wholesale access
- Denial of future custom or exclusive opportunities
We take brand integrity and retailer fairness seriously. If you would like to offer a promotion or pricing change outside of MSRP, written permission must be obtained in advance. Please contact your account representative for special approval requests.
Online Marketplace Restrictions:
Wholesale buyers are strictly prohibited from reselling Trip Sac products on third-party online marketplaces, including but not limited to:
- Amazon
- Etsy
- Walmart Marketplace
- eBay
- Google Shopping
- Facebook Shopping
This policy is in place to protect brand value, maintain pricing consistency, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Only approved wholesale partners may sell Trip Sac products through their own branded websites. Resale on any third-party platform without explicit, written authorization from Trip Sac will be considered a breach of our wholesale agreement and may result in immediate suspension or termination of wholesale privileges.
Lead Time:
- In-Stock Wholesale orders: 4–8 days production to shipping time.
- Standard Wholesale orders: 6–12 weeks production to shipping time.
- Custom branded orders: 7–12 weeks production to shipping time.
Shipping:
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be invoiced separately prior to shipping.
- We ship via USPS, DHL, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination.
Returns & Exchanges:
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective goods within 7 days of delivery.
- Custom-branded orders are final sale.
Exclusivity:
- We do offer territory exclusivity in some cases but it must be agreed upon in writing.
Customizations:
- Corporate branding options available with a minimum of 100 units.
- White label options available with a minimum of 500 units.
- Setup fee may apply for logo design, bag design, or custom labels.
Wholesale Access:
- Approved wholesale account required for access to wholesale pricing and ordering.
- We reserve the right to refuse wholesale access to any applicant.
- Resale Certificate Required to purchase products at the wholesale rate.
Marketing & Communications (Email, SMS, MMS):
By applying for and maintaining a wholesale account with Trip Sac, you consent to receive transactional and promotional communications via email, SMS, and MMS. These communications may include order updates, new product launches, wholesale promotions, and company news.
- Email: You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our emails.
- SMS/MMS: Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS/MMS marketing at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us.
- Note: Opting out of marketing communications will not opt you out of essential transactional messages regarding your account status or active orders.
